Help with The Wall, purchases, owner accounts and NFC.

My Wall does not open

On iPhone, hold the top of the phone close to The Wall. When the NFC notification appears, tap it. If the app is installed and the Wall is active, it should open directly. If it does not, try again with the phone unlocked and connected to the internet.

The Wall opens but I cannot write

Writing is unlocked for 15 minutes after a valid physical NFC scan. You can continue reading Walls you have already discovered, but you must scan that Wall again to write or reply after the writing window expires.

I just received a Wall

The first scan is different from later scans. It opens owner setup so the purchaser can choose the Wall name and location. If the owner account has not been activated yet, the first scan can also verify the purchase email and create the owner password.

I did not receive my order email

Your paid order is not lost if email delivery fails. The order remains linked to the purchase email, and the first physical scan can be used to activate the owner account. Order email can also be resent by support.

I cannot sign in to My Walls

Use the email address from the purchase and the password created from the activation link or first scan. Activation links are one-time links and cannot be used to replace a password after the account is active.

A valid Wall says it is inactive

The Wall may have been paused by its owner or its NFC link may have been replaced. A replaced NFC URL is intentionally invalidated so copied or damaged tags can be retired without losing the Wall's conversation.

I found inappropriate content

Use the report control on the message. Reports are anonymous. Repeated reports may temporarily hide a post while it waits for review, and the Wall owner can keep or remove reported content without seeing who posted it.

Something is broken

When reporting a problem, include what you were doing, whether it happened in the app or website, and a screenshot if possible. For purchase problems, include the purchase email and order ID but never send card details or passwords.
